Hi all,
I was robbed by a guy on 2016, pointing a gun towards my stomach. I got the supplement B form signed from District Attorney and applied for U visa recently.
I did not have any physical injuries on me. But I suffered mentally at that time but did not take any treatment because of my economical condition. Before applying U visa
I got a medical evaluation from an authorized physician, they had given a report about my suffering mental situation. I had sent this report along with required documents and letters from my friends and relatives.
Do you think my Case is strong enough to get approval. Also please let me know if any of you have a similar situation.
