My attorney noticed me USCIS issued me DA

    Date Apr 20 2017

Thankfully USCIS did not ask for RFE. I was concerning that would happen since my current passport will be expired in July.

I gonna applying EAD with the copy of my current and new passports together, the current passport has entry stamp and the new one has replacement remark. Is it necessary to do that?
U-VISA applied in late July of 2014
USCIS received my case on 08-05-2014
Biometric was taken in mid September of 2014

    Congratulations Koir..Happy for you.

Once EAD comes you can get DL as well and can live without any fear.

You must send both copies of your passport as it is wise thing to do. Now few things to be careful of until you get your U vsia.
1.) Remember all your address and note down.
2.) Always do the address change if you move from one place to another. This will give positive impression to your case.
3.) If you are driving than be careful not to get involved in Drunk Driving. This is very important as this can result into sever action.
    4.) Enjoy and be happy.

          LOL

I am not always WRITE DOWN those by myself.
It is signature and can be edited in Setting page at the right top.

I encourage ppl in this forum to use signature as timeline board. It is definitely a good feature for everyone that I don't have to answer same question all the time.

              Dear Koir,

              Congratulation for DA !

Do you mind to tell me from which country you are?

My son timeline is same as yours (Receipt date July 30, 2014) but unfortunately his case is not transferred, so he is just waiting for DA from VSC.

              Thanks

Unlike employment based AOS ( green card), I don't think u visa waitlist is based on country wise. India is the largest waitlisted country for EB3 based AOS. 2005 listed are getting GCs now, I was listed in 2009.

I think Only NSC is working on the DAs right now, lucky are the ones who were transferred to NSC.

Congrats to all who are done with long waiting.

We all who are still with VSC need to wait little longer. I have asked my attorney to hotline the VSC to find out where they are standing, I mean sitting lol.
I will update you the outcome.
