June 16 and yes my lawyer send the form for the C14,so I'm guessing I'm going to have to wait at least another 7 months if the Statous Quo prevails, even if Vermont send my case to Nebraska and is approved,it will have to be sent back to Vermont for a final approval beacause at this moment the officers at Nebraska are not fully trained to close the case

What make you say you ain't going to get approval till they return your case to Vermont? Is that even possible? Will you please share the link where did you get this so everyone know what to expect,I'd like to know because I was transferred to Nebraska as well, see the thing is many people say stuff on here but they ain't got nothing to prove it with, and the only thing they cause is to confuse everyone, well frankly I don't think that's happening and for me to believe you,you gotta back up your statement with more than words

I've found a response from the Director of VSC to a attorney. Please check the Pdf file and it is the same information we already know but might hint at what 'Fuente Universal' has said but doesn't confirm it.

"USCIS is exploring many strategies to address current processing times. In July 2016,
the Nebraska Service Center (NSC) joined the VSC in processing Form I-918, Petition for
U Nonimmigrant Status. Sharing this workload between service centers will provide flexibility
as USCIS works toward improving processing times, efficiency, and customer service to this
vulnerable population. US CIS is implementing the transition in phases which will allow the
NSC to develop the necessary expertise with support and guidance from the VSC, ensuring
continuity of adjudication. The NSC was chosen to partner with the VSC in sharing the
U nonimmigrant workload for a number of reasons, including its extensive background with
                        other humanitarian programs. "

Now If I was you I would be excited because your case can clearly see a movement (Not with the outcome because Those people are not trained at NSC) and you should/will get updates as your case get transferred and get the pending decision. I would be happy if VSC overlooks at NSC decisions because We don't want anyone not getting the benefits if they deserve and has suffered pain. Good luck.
