I don't know all my dates, but my application is dated February 4th, 2014.
I have already received my Deferred Action and EAD, and have renewed the EAD twice (going for a third renewal, since it was only valid for a year when we first got it).
We are basically waiting for the Visa to be "available" at this time.
Also, please note that there are many other posts with people from late 2014 or even later.
Let's try to keep this thread as "clean" as possible by posting only if you have applied around FEBRUARY 2014.

My application date is feb 19 2014.i don't remember the dates but I'm waiting for actual u visa to be available.

Hi My timeline :

Receipt Notice for UVISA : 7 FEB 2014
FingerPrints : March 2014
DA Approved : March 2015
DA EAD 1st time Receipt Notice: Nov 8th 2016

No response till now case status shows received.

Lawyer sent letter to Vermont Service Center.No response.

Lawyer submitted Ombudsman inquiry on April 7.Waiting.

Please help me what I can do next?Why is my EAD approval is taking so long even though I have U-Visa DA approved long back.

Just so you guys know they keep working on U visas....

So what does Vermont service center processing date for i-918 means ? It is showing cases processed till June 9 2014 for few months. Can we speculate that 10000 cases for 2017 stops there? Because we know cases upto Dec 2015 and further have received DA which means June 9 2014 is not the last case they processed. I wish someone can verify if we call or email them.

Well that we can not assure but they did said that the 10,000 visas would cover til Feb 2014.
But I've seen 2 people have posted that they got their visa approved with march 2014 dates. So let's hope they do cover til June 2014.

There was another member , I think was Scorpion , who told us about reading somewhere that they are going to cover until March of 2014 .

Just passed by to let you know that I got an email from USCIS last night saying that my husband's I-192 was approved.
His dates,
Received 3/13/14 biometrics April 2014
DA-June 2015
I-192 Approved 4/20/17

DA-June 2015
I-192 Approved 4/20/17

Congratulations. You might be there first person mentioning USCIS email the approval. Did your case is updated online as well? Too early to get the mailed notice if it was approved yesterday only. Please keep us updated

Yeah in the same boat as you. Waiting for renewed EAD and u visa April 14 2017. You get your approval then mine should be next.
