    Hi all,
I was robbed by a guy on 2016, pointing a gun towards my stomach. I got the supplement B form signed from District Attorney and applied for U visa recently.
I did not have any physical injuries on me. But I suffered mentally at that time but did nt take any treatment. Before applying U visa
I got a medical evaluation from an authorized physician, they had given a report about my suffering mental situation. I had sent this report along with required documents and letters from my friends and relatives.
Is this medical evaluation is enough for my Deferred Action approval?

Might be. USCIS has the final word on that. they will get to it in a few years in which time if they need more evidence, they will request.
