  • some of you didn't believe me!#

I was just at the u visa forum on Facebook "información de la visa u" and I just read about two cases from January 2015 that were transferred to Nebraska and as we already know soon after that (about 90 days) they get approved or deny either way, but the point is that USCIS are already working on cases from 2015 and that's a fact, that's why the case's were divided at this two places.

A girlfriend of mine we met in our process, called me last month telling me her friend who did her u visa application got her DA on the 26th month mark, she applied Dec2014.I have no link to send, but I am waiting too,and my friend has no need to lie knowing I am waiting, she actually kept in touch because myself and the other friend had the u application and knows there is limited info about u process. My direct friend already got her GC through vawa and has no motive to be dishonest.

I believe in that news bcz I went to my lawyer, she said they received two cases deffered action who applied in 2015 then I asked how it can be possible. She said yes it is possible bcz it depends on the office where you apply from.

Ok friend, chill. I have reasons to believe what you say is right. You never said cases from January 2015 are approved. You said they're transferred to NSC in March. It's quite possible as they are processing application really faster than VSC and they are getting more and more applications leaving some behind with VSC. While NSC is working VSC is sitting on the months September to December 2014. But one thing for sure to feel happy about is USCIS has decided to approve DAs good enough for 2 years cap ( 20,000) like they did it last time. So as of now applicants up to January 2015 can expect DAs sooner or later this FY. Because they can't allow NSC issue DAs while VSC holds back prior dates.
So friend's let's not jump the gun and down play any of our member if he or she good enough sharing some information directly or from any other sources. Thanks

No Prince, its not true that she never said cases from January 2015 are approved. You can go to another post here, where actually she SAID that someone's case from January 2015 was APPROVED by uscis, not just transfered to Nebraska. And she mentioned Facebook group U visa process and timeline. Where I couldn't find any post she mentioned. Then she started talk about another forum, Hispanic one.

I don't know it's true or not, but it doesn't really matter... at last everyone will get the answer from uscis, sooner or later
