I am already on DA. Please advise how much time it takes for one to get EAD approval. My receipt for I765 is January 30th 2017. What's the validity of this EAD?

EAD processing time is 90 days from the date of receipt. But now days everything is running very slow. You may have to wait about 120 days for it to approve. I have applied for EAD renewal on DEC 15, 2016 and still on wait. Its already passed the set timeline.

Its going to be 2 years EAD on DA.

I have applied for the same DA EAD not the renewal .I applied on NOV 8 2016.
Till date no update.

So be patient it might take 6 months from the date of receipt .
