    So as i read here, there are FALSE police reports and False Applications ? There"s law offices who give fals U visa applications ?! Well because of that there are 150.000 pending. They need to provide more checks before law office give u U visa application.... They need to put Interview.

      If we've sent in enough evidence there's no reason for interview. Some of us do not need to relive the crime through an interview! It's a shame people are using this benefit the wrong way, makes all victims look bad! :-/ I was once detained by a CBP agent while traveling and when I mentioned I was on DA due to pending U-visa "victim of a crime" he smirked with a mocking attitude and I guess this article is one of reasons why!
