    Hi I was recently put in waiting list for u visa in dec 28 2016 my dates are June 17 2014 I was only who received the pre approval letter my husband didn't receive yet, we both send in our ead paper work January 24 should I be concerned he hasn't revised pre approval btw I am the principal he is derivate and he has no criminal record whatsoever. Should I be worrried is this normal? My lawyer said she was going to send an email to uscis to see the reason he hasn't been approved. i hope someone can help me please and thank you.

    Well this is unusual. You both should get DA letters. Only if your husband is abroad than its different. I guess he is in US than he should get the approval letter as well. Make an inquiry with USCIS.
