    My husband has two tickets for driving without a license

    He was never arrested, nor taken to jail.
    We received a RFE on December 2016, we sent a response on January 17th 2017.
    Could we get a deportation letter now, due to Donald Trump executive orders??

    Applied on June 3rd 2014
    Biometrics in June 2014
    REF December 5th 2016
    Sent requested documents on January 17th 2017.
    Still waiting on a response from USCIS.
