    U Visa related question.

    Hi Everyone, I've been waiting to be placed on DA for 23 months. I came to this country with a F1 visa and now i'm out of status. My girlfriend is a Green Card holder. My question is that " If I get married after I get my DA, is it gonna help me get my green card sooner than getting green card through U visa"?

    your kind suggestion would really help. Thank you in advance.

    Biomatrics Done: April 20, 2015
    RFE August 09, 2018

    An experienced attorney can give you the best answer. As here all are U visa users, may be you find someone with the similar case of yours. Still I suggest you to talk with an attorney.
