    Do you think the type of crime you were victim of affects the time you have to wait for DA and eventually for the U Visa?

    As far as I know the type of crime does`t matter. Once you get the U certificate from Law Enforcement or Judge, you are qualified for the U visa. The crime must be listed and come under the criteria for the U visa. Hope this information help you.
