Mr. Shah,
My husband applied for a U visa on June 3rd 2014. He received an RFE on December 2016. USCIS received the requested documents on January 17th 2017. My husband was sent twice to court before for driving without a license (he was never arrested, or went to jail because of this). We didn't need to file a waiver for this. But now, one of Donald Trump's excutive orders, makes almost everybody deportable. If a person commited any crime or is charged with any crime (even if later was found innocent) is immediately considered deportable. How is this going to affect my husband's case and many other cases?
Can you find the executive orders whole texts and share them with us?
Thanks
