    did they requested evidence for the cases transferred to Nebraska???

    Hi I've been reading that the cases that are transfer to Nebraska is because they need more evidence????
    I applied August 18th 2014
    Bio September 30th
    Case transfer November 2016
    They requested my son to go and do his bio on January 2017, he barely turned 14 so my lawyer told me that they need his fingerprints after 14 years old .
    No update on uscis..

    I have a feeling that you will hear soon. Good news. If they don't ask RFE but bio metrics. I applied August same year and already have DA and sent my I765 application for EAD
