Not necessarily from your state. Immigration is federal subject, any immigration lawyer from any state can take up your case. Look for an attorney who are specialized in U visas. Atty. SHAH who is admin of this forum himself is a successful lawyer helping lot of u visa applicants . Also Atty. DUSTIN BAXTER of Kuck immigration partners is another great lawyer and their fee is very reasonable too.Originally posted by Niraj View PostComment
