U-Visa Applied in December 2014

Hello,

I filed I-918 in december 2014 at vermont center VT, last notification i received from USCIS on 11th december 2014 that they have received the application and gave me the receipt number and since then i am awaiting for any response from USCIS, not even transfer to nebraska update, can anyone suggest the further strategy beside just seating and waiting for USCIS to respond ?

Did you go to the biometrics appointment?

Then, you should be getting your approval letter some time this year.

Not really...
I saw an approval for August 2014 on this forum,they got DA.
Just keep waiting...wish you the best!

Do you think you can tell if i missed any form to fill during the filing process ? below mention are the forms i submitted, i am assuming if there was any missing form or document by now i would have received an RFE, but just making sure that everything i did was enough...

1. I-918 for myself
2. I-918a for my spouce
3. I-765 for my spouce
4. I-912: for my spouce and myself

I'm not sure about the forms, did you apply through an attorney?
They seem to be complete. Once they send you the approval letter they might send your DA automatically or you may need to apply. But you just gotta keep waiting.

It' takes 2 years 4/5 months to receive DA from the date you applied. 3 years to get actual visa.

Did anybody get after your filing date? Mine is October 9,2014 a month ahead of you, I didn't get it
