Thanks for your wishes. Well USCIS hasn't updated my case status online yet. My attorney office recieved letter of approval to be placed on DA.

My filing date is October 9, 2014.

The last known approved case is December 2013 and they haven't done with this year quota yet. Presuming the no. Of DAs ( Approx. 20,000) issued in the past are good for FY 2017 & 18. Chances for next year are little unless there is increase in the cap which is very unlikely under the new administration.
