Hi I applied for UVisa Aug 5th 2014 within US.
Fingerprinting september 9 2014
Case was moved to Nebraska service center in August 2016
No DA yet. What's the wait period. How long more do i have to wait. Can I apply for advance parole in the mean while? Please provide your valuable input.

you are very close to be adjudicated if your case was over to NCS. There is nothing you can do in the meantime.

Hopefully. I am so anxious. Too long in queue. It's showing June 7th on USCIS website even now. My case was moved to NSC and that's it. Do you think I can get UVISA THIS FISCAL YEAR straight. But not placed on DA only. So collapsing near the finishing line.
