Does anyone know how long you have to wait to get actual u visa? I applied on July 15, 2014 and got DA and was placed on the waiting list two days ago. I'm thinking 1-2 years but I'm not sure.

Tensions mounting. VSC has not updated it's processing time even today. I wonder if they are waiting on new administration to take office which should not be the case. Even if they do it in coming days before Christmas it would be as of 30th October and we would not be knowing the latest status unless any of us post the timeline for latest approvals.
Please post your timelines soon you receive DA/U visa, it is the only place we get to know the present status rather than relying on their websiteComment

Hi, Sony, did you get anything like RFE or DA before you got U visa?
Mine was right after yours filed on Dec, 3, 2013. got RFE on Dec. 31, 2014, waiting till now nothing yet... no DA, in USA.

Hi Angel , i applied 2 dec 2013 got DA 15 Dec 2014 , U visa aproval got call from my lawyer on 3 Jan 2017 that he recieved my 4 year work permits with u visa aproval . good luck for you , but i am not sure why you dont have DA , Are you on same address , check with your lawyer .Comment
