U visa DA news 2016

Any body got any Deferred Action who applied June - July 2014 ?
I applied in July 1st and did my fingerprints in August 2014, still nothing, it's been more than 2 years and still nothing, more frustrating part is that don't know how long before to get actual U- Visa and it's like almost forever till i could apply for a Green Card. Please share your timeline here maybe there are people who applied after June in 2014 and already got DA . For others Good Luck!

I applied February 2015,going 22 months,i wonder how much longer,this process makes me feel abused all over again.I hope we hear positive news soon.

I applied July 15, 2014 fingerprints on September 1, 2014 and I just received DA yesterday 11/28/16. I am now in the wait list for U visa. Hopefully I'll get it within the next two years. Who knows.

I got it in the mail. My online status was not updated. I feel like U visas don't get updated. My mom applied In 2012 and her case was approved within 6 months and it never moved online. I have DACA (childhood arrival) and it was always updated online. I always new everything before my attorney since I tracked it. I also got to travel to Mexico with advanced parole and it was qui my updated and I knew right away. And my case was not transferred to Nebraska. Now the waiting game begins to get actual U visa.

i am also daca holder too, did you send in your renewal and then they approve you for DA for u visa. when did you send in your last renewal for daca. just for an idea.

I haven't renewed my work permit under DACA. I will apply for a new work permit under my U visa differed action. I applied for U visa first. But since it was taking too long, I applied for DACA. I will not renew it under DACA but I'll used my deferred action status to get my new work permit.
