  • Call USCIS

    Hello everyone

I called USCIS to find out why u visa delay. When I call representative can't provide answer related to u visa and transfer to particular authirized person but wait time was 34 minutes and there was option that they call back but I waited and after while my call was answered and ask him why u visa processing delayed? He said backlogs but I request them to expedite my case because of I have lots of hardship and he took my request.

So I m request you to all if everybody call then it makes difference. Nothing harm to call but might help. Thanks.

I understand everybody anxious but this not the way of Expedite your case.
this can make your case delay it's not advisable.

We not trying to expedite the case. We just trying to aware them that U Visa case pending since long time. If everyone called then they might realize that why we received many calls regarding U Visa? Nothing harm to try. Even AILA also wrote letter to the director of USCIS regarding processing delay which is just not only limited to U Visa but overall processing delay. Thanks

                Keep trying.
there is a way to expedite ur case.
They will just give u protype answer Calling to call center
Instead of that write to director USCIS like AILA deed.
Director and then Congress can change the system what u want not call center
So call or contact Director USCIS
