Please check USCIS News / Alerts - u will find this information.

U visa processing only at VSC

I know u made at me, for my calculations but I guess -

Oct 2015 to Dec 2015 USCIS didn't worked bcoz they busy for u visa cap.

Jan 2016 to March 2016 - They busy and didn't work on u visa ( as I told before they have already issued more then app. 22000 Deferred Action, so they r not in hurry )

March 29 2016 they transferred the work load bcoz of H1B cap gonna opened on April 1 2016.

Now from April to Oct 2016 they will b busy in H1B processing ( Sorry for U visa processing. )

After Oct to Dec 2016 again they will b busy for U visa cap ( They already have app. 22000 petitions ready )

so see u, U visa processing after Jan 2017, if they are not busy in other process.

I am also waiting as you are, this are just my calculations. It seems close to real situations.

Please check processing times on April 15 and then May 15 if they don't move forward for u visa then u will understand my calculations.

Again this are just my calculations

        Please share your views

That is the reason I told before, either keep waiting or find other way

            DA

No matter what Uscis has to have approve 10k case in October 1st,16. So this thing will push ahead. DA is a good thing but people need their actual u visas. If they don't wanna increase the cap there's nothing to do. We have to have keep waiting.

Yes my friend they need -
              1. to increase the cap as the crime rate goes up every year
              2. EAD after 90 days of filing petitions.
              3. waiting period should b count for 3 years for GC
              4. advance parole on waiting period

From what I read, they didn't transfer U Visa cases. They transfered other cases. But, thank you for the info.
