I filled in august 2014. My attorney sent expedite request two weeks back but they refused.
This uscis wait will actually kill us. My attorney has told me that her one of the client who filled in january 2014 is still waiting to be put on da. Please put honest opions on this forum in front----no hoax. Refrain from playing with emotions and create bad karmaaaa. Please do not believe the post under mine.
i request all 2014 people to atleast mark attendence to this post and say when filled and wether got da or not. god bless. Honesty is creating good cause. Thanks in advance

U are asking all these?
Before u advice here, I told u all your calculation are wrong and not relevant to real situation
Expedite - means any one can request for fast process of that specific case.
If uscis find it's real emergency in that case they do otherwise they deny request for expedite.
Now uscis is not working at all. Please check processing times around April 15 they not update anything then I guess they will not do anything untilled January 2017.
This is just my calculation , time will tell you it's true or false.
I told u will get your 4 YRS approval in 2019.
Some m****Fu***** was joking and playing with our emotion yesterday. Ask him for receipt # of case approved. He will not answer

I am trying to create a good tracker for the U visa. I will soon send you the link, then we can actually track. Also please get us more signatures from everybody you can on the u visa on the petition, it will put pressure. Dear friends, the current processing wait time for Deffered Action is averaged to 2 years 4 months but they visas wait time is not calculated by Deffered Action date but the priority date meaning the date of application. That means that some people who got Deffered Action after 2 years 4 months are getting final approval after 3 years from application. Some of them also wait for another 2 years after deffered actiin, it all depends on each particular case. I think we have to be thankful we got the chance to apply for U Visa and wait for our day, no matter how hard it is. 110,000 people are waiting. We are not alone. And one day our loved America will give us a U Visa.

It says -

Sanctuary for Families, in partnership with the law firm WilmerHale, prepared individual federal complaints on behalf of several clients with pending petitions for U nonimmigrant status

USCIS offered to settle each case expeditiously, offering an immediate grant of deferred action and work authorization.

We can look into federal complaints under writ of mandamus or some other types of writs. But the Cap is mandated by Congress under VAWA provisions. Unless and until the cap is increased, the Senators and the House will not do anything. 3 years ago we started a petition on H4 visa to change the law. After a number of signatures and good activism, the law actually changed in 2015 allowing an EAD to be issued to certain H4 visa holders. If everybody ask their friends to sign the petition and call the Senators and House member reps, it will happen. Also we need the support of the media. but till they fix the cap we all wish at least DA / EAD
and I guess they will not review more petition in this year
At the moment can u prepare federal complaints under writ of mandamus or some other types of writs ?
if uscis implements EAD after 90 days of filing petition or bona fide standards, this will help to all u applicants.

I applied August 2014, and I still have not heard anything. I got desperate and I applied for DACA Under Dream Act and got approved after 8 months. I still have hope for U Visa
