I checked and read about ITIN # on IRS website
it's true. It helps to b citizen in future.
I also found 12 states offering license even to all illegal .

12 states are giving Driver license without any legal status.u need two resistance proof. find someone who can give u power bill change address on that new address.
Get license and again change address in bank account to ur original.that's it.

You can apply for a driver's license in some states, but not in all. Try here in Florida my friend, it is impossible, unless you have a DA or an EAD, but most of us here are still waiting for at least a DA.

I am from Florida, applied on August 2014. I got my drivers license after biometrics . Google " table of acceptable documents " find u visa requirements. I also renewed DL last February.
