No deportation

Hi, everyone ,
yesterday I went to check with case with the government lawyers . They said if you are in any kind of visa status, if you can not continue that status. Still you can stay in USA with your pending u visa case. You won't be illegal.If you will get deportation then you have to go to the court and show them your biometrics papers and the u visa receival letter. And the district court will give you the time you can stay over until any decisions about your case. For the driving license you have to file a tax.. And you need a tax number then you will get 5 years license. Thank you and good luck to everyone.

Is this valid for all states? As far as I know these are the states that may issue a driver license to an applicant without a legal status:
