yep, the way they are working, they don't like to Defered Action.

Also, most of on this forum just love to wait.( they don't interested to sign petition - did u sign ? )

and even new Govt. will not b interested to increase the Cap.

so in 2020 , at least you will be counted in in Cap

You are coming across way to agressive (whoever replied to this question, which I happened to read now) . And yes, I signed the stupid "petition" and shared it on facebook, what good does it do?? Hmm
Nothing. We need people to lobby the congress and it is not going to come from a petition. I am telling you this based on experienced. It works better if we all call the Vermont center at a particular day and time, and non-stop ask them when are they going to start processing more applications and when the cap is going to change to a larger number.

you r experienced and saying petition - Stupid petition - means u don't trust and u want to call VSC.
u want to call VSC, USCIS has no answer, what you want. only congress can do that.
it is hard to get 50 signs on petition, then how many will support you ? but don't b disappoint.

Signing a petition will not bring a change to the issue. I suggested calling the Vermont Center, to get their attention. If we all do it the same day and same time, we all be sending a message "our lives matter too"
