U visa qualification

  • U visa qualification

    i am current DACA holder I have applied my u visa in August 2014 and still waiting but i wanted to know crime happened in Jan 2007 And i applied in 2014 and case is also closed according to DA office...do you guys think this will effect my case processing or will i get RFE?

    Case closed ? what do you mean ?

    case closed after prosecution ? or they didn't find criminal and they closed case ?

      Yes They Caught the Culprit And They were sentenced to 3 Years Jail And Probation and were Released and When They Signed The 918 B Supplement Form Case was Open With DA Office but After 6 Month Submitting the u visa application Case was Closed

        you are good.
        only one thing is important , you should b there when ever they call you at the court or police station.
        Do you have proof that you been there when they called you. ?
        that u need for u status and for qualifying to apply for GC.
