    I got Defered Action Letter, Applied March 2014, Biometric May 2014

    Hello, I got letter from USCIS and put me in waiting list. They will inform me when new U visa become available. Currently I live in India. Is there any possibility to come early in US with any other status or visa? Can I apply for work permit on the basis of this letter? If yes then how much time it takes for whole procedure. When my spouse will get dependent visa?

    Please let me know
