Last year they reviwed 2 months in one month .
They can again stop reviewing new petition after April any time. They did last year the same.if so then they can hardly review petition filled upto October 2014.

As on Dec 31, 2014 - They reviewed up to Aug 9, 2013

As on April 30, 2015 - They reviewed up to May 7, 2014 ( They stop in April Some where )

so they processed 8 months petitions during 4 months ( Dec 013 to April 2014 )

As on Dec 31, 2015 - They reviewed up to May 7, 2013

Now they stared reviewing petition in Jan 2016

How many petitions they processed in Jan 2016 ? that we can know, only once they declare data ( As on Jan 31, 2016 )

They will declare this data around mid of march

but if they process at the same speed as last year they deed then they can hardly process petition filed up to Dec 2014 ( this is my Assumption )
