After competing 2016 Cap,
USCIS has just started reviewing pending petitions. They may stop again around April ( As they did Last year )
There are two ways to find
- check VSC processing times around Mid of March 2016
Bcoz in March they will declare data up to Jan 31,2016
- other wise , our Friends here update they timeline ( who applied May 2014 )
Last year in Jan Feb and March, they process Two months petitions in every months, and then in April they stop
i guess, May b they will do the same this year, if so, then they can hardly reviewing petitions applied between May 2014 to Sep 2014
Petitions on U status are on law priority by USCIS. That is the reason every year they have long....... backlog.
To save a time for EAD on Defered action -
- For new filing - please don't forget apply I-765 based on deferred action. ( New Applicant )
- who didn't applied I 765 on Defered action, you can apply ( you need not wait for letter of Defered action
