USCIS can stop reviwing new Petiions after April 2016.

Last year USCIS has stopped reviewing new petition after April 2015.

same way USCIS can stop again reviewing new petitions after April 2016.

Petitions based on U visa/ Status are on law priority as per USCIS

if so, then in three months USCIS can review hardly petitions filed up to Oct - Nov 2014.
