Hi! I don’t remember correctly, but you cannot have 3+months gaps in your records. They can come back and say you were not present in the U.S. I also provided copies of my school transcripts. I didn’t include bills or rent payments because all of that was in my bank statements. I’m sure all of my Amazon transactions in the statements can show I have been present daily lol

Thank you, Rosie! I see what you meant buy the gap. Same here daily transactions, rent payment transactions, walmart amazon transactions etc. It shows the present via statements. I will save the records.

i am June 23rd 2016. Still waiting for decision for form 918.

I'm from Jan 2017 and got EAD in May 2022. Also got Notice in Jan 2023 saying "They are reusing my fingerprint and Biometrics for I-918". Don't know how long it still take?

That’s weird .really nobody knows how long it gonna take.we from 2016 still waiting.just imagine 7 years waiting 😭😭😭😭.it’s really painful and no one else can understand this pain but who is going through

AALi Correct. They only approved oct through dec. No activity after that. Hope we hear by June. If not atleast by end of dec this year

Hi everyone, I just want to give everyone a hope and wish good luck to those still waiting on u visa approval, I got a phone call from my lawyer today with good news of an approval of the actual u visa I’m from June 6th, 2016 and previously received bona fide on July 1st, 2021. Good luck everyone.
