How do I apply for an emergency visa?
Can you teach me how to get the visa?

So i replied.

" She did not applied for an emergency visa. Infact, there is no such thing. She applied for a U-visa in December 2015 from abroad. That got approved to go for visa stamping in her country. She got the emergency appointment for the embassy and was stamped in 7 days. "

لم تتقدم بطلب للحصول على تأشيرة طارئة. إنفاكت ، لا يوجد شيء من هذا القبيل. تقدمت بطلب للحصول على تأشيرة في ديسمبر 2015 من الخارج. التي حصلت على الموافقة للذهاب لختم التأشيرة في بلدها. التي حصلت على موعد الطوارئ للسفارة وختمت في 7 أيام.

هذا ما اقول له انا ايضا حصلت على موافقة التأشيرة وانا ايضا قدمت طلب التأشيرة في ٢٠١٥ نفس الموضوع بالظبط فأريد طريقة موعد طوارئ الذي حصلتي عليه ختم في ٧ ايام

-Case was received on 06/20/2016
-Request For Evidence 05/26/2021
- 2Nd Request For Evidence 03/15/2022
- Placed on Waiting list / placed on deferred action 06/08/2022
-I received a phone call from my lawyer to let me know that she received my U-Visa approval. 11/29/2022 .

im so happy to share this great news with all of you . Praying for everyone waiting for their cases to be approved !

my case in 2016 June 21, bfd approved August 21 ,2021 then still waiting for my final approval…

I hope you get the final approval soon ! I never got BF but I was put in a waiting list instead about 6 months ago 06/2022 and got the final U Visa on 11/2022 .

I got BFD in august 2021.I applied for EAD in Feb 2022 and I got EAD in august 2022

Anyone know if we leave US, do we need to go for U visa stamping. I am on U status. My lawyer says if we get Advance parole approve, that is the Visa itself and there is no need for Stamping. Can someone share their opinion or check with their lawyer as well? I am seeing Advance parole comes in picture when we apply for AOS and waiting for GC. I have yet to apply for AOS. Anyone visited their country after getting U status? Thanks.
