I want some information for U visa applicant and their derivatives. Bona fide work permit received in May 2022. U visa applied Jan 2017. Want to know, Is it possible for bonafide holder i.e. c-14 holder to enter the university for undergraduate. Please let me know. As I search but I am not able to find this information.

I am a U-Visa holder… currently adjusting my status. I attend a university in California and based on my income I received a State Grant to pay for tuition. So I would assume you’re also able to do so. Hope this helps.

Thank you very much Rosie7 for the information. You are right U visa holder can go to university, but c-14 is not a valid visa status, it is interm benefits given to us. That is the reason I am asking this if someone with c-14 can enter the school. Thank you again for provided me the information. I really appreciate your time.

hi everyone. I am from October 25 2017 and got bonefide determination. I am the principal applicant. However , my 2 derivatives didn't receive any letter.
does anyone know if they usually get send their work permits and forms at the same time, or how much longer wait is it?

I am from December 2015, I got my U visa in October 2021, however I am applied outside of the country, and the next available appointment is next year in October , now I am applying for expedited appointment. Anyone has the same case as me ?
