Hello Everyone, I'm June 2016 Vermont Center, Have not hear anything yet not even BFD, I sent my senator Information and ask them for help, senator office sent the inquiry to USCIS today and they said they will respond within 4-6 weeks.
Lets see what i hear from them in mid Feb, I will update with any information i received from them.

Hi Mofa2016,

I have exactly the same question. I applied for a U visa in June 2016, never gotten a RFE, got bona fide in July 2021, then I applied for a work permit in August 2021 and as of today (01/25/2022) I haven't received anything else from USCIS.

Please Mofa2016, post an update here as soon as possible when you get your EAD, I will do the same.

So i got update from my senators office. Uscis had approved my BFD in July 2021. My lawyer says she did not received it.
i have asked my senators office to ask them (USCIS) for email copy of approved BFD notice.

Hi Robbery, if you already were told you got bona fide then apply for your EAD (I-765). It is free for us (U Visa applicants), do not send the $410 fee. Don't lose more time.

I sent my I-765 by my self but, you can hire a paralegal or even if money is not an issue hire a lawyer (another one).
