Friends, any medical doctors here? What is diagnosis and prognosis? This is urgent, please respond who is a doctor. I need this for the lawyer. I need to give detailed description of medical condition to the lawyer:
1. Diagnosis
2. Prognosis - Whats is it?
3. How long the treatment will last
4. Why the treatment is unavailable in your country.

Dear January2016: I know that you are in hurry to find a doctor in the USA. Since you are abroad and your lawyer needs information about your treatment which you already asked like prognosis ( forecasting of the probable course and outcome of a disease, especially of the chances of recovery). Any concerned medical specialist can do that for you, it is not a big deal. But if you try to find a doctor here in the USA how can he judge your situation without seeing you. So try to find a related specialist in your country who can at least send some information to your lawyer. Wishing you success.

Thats exactly what Im doing and the local doctor asked to explain what is diagnosis and prognosis. Its a foreign language for him and to make it per USCIS requirements he needs explanation of what exactly we need. In my country the doctor never gives medical records for outside the hospital. The say its inside the country internal use only. This system is not my fault. So we need to explain what we need and why. I have phone appointment with lawyer on Thursday so she will explain what we need from a doctor.

I am not conversating with you because its not worth it. You are not the one to decide what I need. You are the one who needs a prayer. I came to this country legally while being a multunational manager and I wont get deported. Also I am applying for 2 U.S. Patents, I will sell one for few million dollars and start my own company.

Hi Bubu, thank you for your kind words. I am still abroad but we are in the process. The lawyer rescheduled from this Thursday to next Thursday. I have to right down a detailed list about situation with my face because I will need a letter from neurologist, so I will discuss this in details with the lawyer and go to neurologist who will refer me to MRI and after MRI hopefully he will diagnose. The thing is the doctors in my country refuse to give any medical records or diagnosis for outside the hospital. I went to state neurologist and they even said I cant read what they diagnose. How is that. Its my diagnosis but they prohibit me to read it and absolutely will not give me a printed copy. What can I do. I will try to go to private neurologist, I really hope they will be more cooperative. I just need them to give me a copy of diagnosis so I can give it to the lawyer.

Friend, this information is so valuable, thank you so much. How about the virtual visit to the plastic surgeon? Can he do a video connection like Skype connection? Can I send my CT Scan or MRI image to them and make a video conference with 3 people, me, doctor and the lawyer. I have 6 broken bones on my face, was punched in my operated face and had no medical treatment for 8 years. I really need to see a genious American doctor. Everybody together hopefully will help to bring me here. Thank you so much for all posts, present and future. The advice is life-changing. Also, what are the ways to pay for virtual visit? Do they require advance payment? Can I pay with MedicAid? My social services said they can help apply for MedicAid.
