    Anyone received da/rfe for sep oct 2014 or any updates?

    hope you all are doing good
    Is there anyone here who receive deferred action or rfe for sep or oct 2014.
    It been a long time and we haven't hear anything from nsc and my app date is oct 2014 so please if anyone of you receive any update, any news or even if you hear anything from your attorney's. Please keep us posted that will really help us.

          @Dhruv nothing is going on & I don't believe they (USCIS) are really issuing 10K U visas or DA per year nothing is accountable
          we have to believe what numbers they show. my case transferred more than a year ago to NSE and RFE 8 months ago.
          its been 7 months submitted RFE still no response. even if I get approved DA and apply EAD it would be in 2019 to receive EAD.
