    U visa application date: September 16, 2014
    Fingerprint date: November 15, 2014
    case transferred Nebraska Service Center: Sept 27, 2017
    case transferred and new office has jurisdiction: Sept 27, 2017 for (I 765, and I 192)

    I have not heard anything since the last date. Can anyone share their views regards who are in similar situations?

    did anyone have their EAD approved or DA approved?

    Hi cp0527, we're pretty close and i would say keep your hopes alive as we're gonna hear something good pretty soon. Like in about a month or so. Try and keep each other posted.

        Finger Prints: August 1st Week, 2014
        DA Approved: October 2016 and My wife was received I-765 Oct-2016
        I have applied My I-765 November, 21, 2016 still pending and they have been transferred to NSC Aug 08, 2017 since then no News or updates

          Case transferred Nebraska Service Center: January 2017

          Rfe : June 2017 for resend updated I-192 Form again.

          Case status updated for I-192 online for case was transferred and a new office has jurisdiction: Sept 21, 2017.

          Da approved September 22 2017

          Applied for Ead Card under Deferred Action C(14) Category on October-2017 and waiting for receipt notice
