Recieved EAD

Hi everyone. I received my EAD today. My attorney called me today that she received my EAD. Applied September 23 14, and after 3 years DA/EAD October 2017.

Congrats by the way I just got approved last month they pit me on waiting list that's why I ask

Yes I applied 2 times. Once when I sent in the first time and again in December 2016. My status didn't change when I check my case, tours?

I ask my Lawyer to apply for work permit he said that we have to wait for put us on waiting list I don't know how long do I have to wait for work authorization it's been 3 weeks now i didn't get any reciption number

That's not what my attorney did. She sent it out last year when immigration updated the new 1765 form and requested that a new one be sent out .

That's why I'm losing 4 5 month here but it's ok thanks god that I'm on waiting list

By the way it took 8 or 9 weeks before I got work permit after DA approval.
