Twice? Why is that? If you don’t mind to explain, that piece of s#*+ of my lawyer made me file for it back in June when I got RFE convinced that I’d get approval, instead a got denial I-290B is still in process;I guess if I do get green light I’ll have to file it again, which is $750 just for his “hard work” and on top $400 something for USCIS fees, good thing my AOS is already filed and I don’t have to give him any more money

I'm not sure. My attorney called me one day and told me something new came up and we had to refile for work permit. A no she did.

I used legal aid for free and paid 0 cent for this entire process.

U visa, after I sent RFE,took a few weeks And I got that denial letter,I’m not appealing because that document states I can’t,the piece of **** of my attorney filed motion to reopen,I panicked and that’s why I decided to give him one more shot and also because he let me know till the last minute, but now I don’t give a damn anymore I’m already waiting on AOS,If I get approval on u visa status I’ll be so glad to tell him “go **** yourself” because this greedy asshole got me into this knowing damn well my odds weren’t any good,so if you ever get RFE make sure all the paperwork is fill out properly, that’s the best advice I can give you, saves money and trouble

I got RFE in April, but my attorney fought it because she said we didn't need a new certificate because the one we sent in was good enough and even though they said we sent in an expired one that wasn't true. So they later dent her an apology email and said that they will be moving forward with my case. Thank God I had an attorney who was on my side. And I didn't pay a penny.
