I applies September 23 2014, just got DA approved September 9th. Still waiting for work permit.

I applied September 24 2014. Today I received a called from my attorney telling me uscis is asking for a detail statement telling them what happened.

my lawyer called me n told me that he received a letter let us know that my case was transferred to NSC n he told me that my I 765 form was being processed, would somebody explain me what it means cuz I'm not sure I'm very confused 😔

It's actually a good sign, Vermont is over loaded with applications so they transfer some cases, you may hear news soon

At the time that I filed my petition for u visa I filled I 765 form that was at September 2014

I just applied for work authorization under deffer action didn't ask me any money it's weird

I paid for i 92 585 but I paid for lawyer 2.000 dollar at the time I applied I don't know

No fees were waived. I sent mine in January 1756. I'm wondering how long it takes to get work EAD after DA notice?
