U visa still waiting

Hello everyone,
Applied U visa in Jan 2105 with law enforcement signed supplement b form along with work permit,

biometrics done on march 27th 2015

still waiting for u visa with child in dire situation

spoke to attorney and attorney said its very near.

Anyone have idea how long it takes to get DA?

My case is still pending in Vermont and did not hear anything transfer of case to Nebraska

Plz advice.
