Congrats on your Approvals. after your visa stamping Please share your Embassy/Consulate experience, apart from approvals
(I-918 and I-192) what else documents needed, it could help lots of us who will get approve and try to go home country.

As per information I have even you are out of status the inadmissiblity will trigger upon departure and will be useless to apply now while you in USA. It will get denied as you don't need it . You will only need i192 for travel back to USA once inadmissiblity triggered upon departure.

So if my i-192 get denied while I'm in USA and I get u visa approved, can I travel to India and then get the U visa stamped to come back to USA without anything else?
