I just want you all to know the discussions on the forum have been very helpful in keeping hope alive for me and my wife as we waited for news on our petition. A day hardly goes by without me checking out the threads on the forum.

My wife and I submitted our petition on 10/2014 and 11/2014 respectively.
Our cases were transferred to Nebraska in 1/17

My wife received and RFE in 08/17 but I didn't get one.
We have submitted all the evidence to our attorney for my wife and she is in the process of putting it all together for presentation to USCIS.

My attorney called me 9/20/17 to let me know I have been granted DA.

Folks I know the wait is long but we just have to keep hope alive. Good luck to you all

        Congrats!!
What are your filing dates of October & November? You filed a month later meaning you are a derivative and got DA ahead of the principal applicant. What was the rfe for? Hope you won't mind sharing the info.
        Thanks and once again
        hearty congratulations!!

As you said you got DA approved and your wife got RFE did you both applied separately on different cases or any one of you was Derivative. according to RFE to your spouse i believe both have different petitions. did both cases transferred to Nebraska?
as well which week of October 2014 did you sent your application.

          your response will be appreciated.

My wife and I were involved in the incident so the attorney decided to petition seperately for both of us.

My wife's was received on 10/31/14
Case was transferred to Nebraska in 1/2017

            RFE received 8/2017
We have submitter all the evidence for the attorney and she is preparing it for submission to USCIS

My case was received on 11/6/14

Case was transferred to Nebraska in 1/2017

            No RFE required.
DA approval letter was received 9/20/17

Zoolander > Good Day and Congrats on your EAD, as you posted that you got your DA on 20th Sep 2017
how come you got EAD within less than a month? did you applied EAD under C 14 long back ? or it got issued quickly?
if you have processed your EAD application under DA with category C 14 please share with us. how did you applied and VSC or NSC?

                    Thanks in Advance

Believe me I am as Stuned as you are about how fast this thing moved. My attorney applied for EAD under C14 at the time of the I-918 petition so I do not have to send in a new application for EAD.
We applied to VSC but case was moved to NSC
