What are they asking for? Find out what that is,I got RFE,and the paperwork was sent wrong once again,my lawyer screwed up twice as a result I got a denial,and on top of that I had to pay for his mistakes,don't care much about money as long as I don't get in trouble and I end up turned out to ICE

What could be the possible reasons for VSC to sit tight on some cases from Sept and October 2014? Neither they work on it nor they transfer it to NSC, instead they pick up randomly couple of cases for approval and transferred some to NSC like the one above from November.
My Atty. made enquiry couple of times and got the same stale response we know.
What i am worried about is, from October 1st they will start working on U visas thru 3rd qtr then what would they do with their pending DA cases few from June to August many from September and October?

I have no hope for vsc I saw on Facebook page there lots of people from July I don't really know why they not transfer those applications
