Is USCIS Data Set sheet correct?

Like most of us, I've been following USCIS Dataset sheet for U i-918 from October 2014
the processing times moved from May 7th, 2014 to August 25th, 2014 (only 3.5 months in 3 years)

and As of October 31st, 2014 (Principal Applications)
Total submissions were 113,029 Approximately calculated as per data

is it means applicants who applied in the month of Aug/Sep/October 2014
will get directly U visa instead DA? For 2018 Quota starting October 2017.

They can only approve 10,000 visa per fiscal year... so from 2014 to 2017 they have only approved 30,000 applicant, where did u get 86,250 approvals ?

Hey Cheerful, I calculated Total Submissions from 2009 to 2014 October and Approvals from 2009 to till date and refusals from 2009 to till data
all calculations are Approximate, +1000 or -1000

How to read datasheet?
In 2009, Total Petition received was 10937, approved=8663, denied=846, then how pending total is 21138?
I am not understanding why pending application number is more than total received.

@GKP123 > pending is rolled over from previous years but I didn't mention pending for a particular year.
I calculated Total application received from 2009 to October 2014 --- (in 6 years)
MINUS total approvals till date 2017(approx) in 9 years
MINUS total refusals till date 2017(approx) in 9 years
So the rest amount of pending for Oct 2014 applicants is "3,883"

I believe that applicants from April 2014 through September 2014 will get the actual U Visa this following fiscal year.
