I just want to ask everyone opinion about my case.do i have a strong case and possible to get aprove?
I work as a food delivery guy as a part time job at night,one night i get robbed and hit at my face with 2x4 block while delivering food,i was bleeding from my nose and had a fractured on my right face plus black eye.i was rush to the hospital by an ambulance,stay in the hospital for 3 night because they want to make sure nothing wrong with my brain and it turn out i had a fractured in my face.
What do you think guys?do i have a strong possibility to get approved?

Same here, Only i-765 transfer. I guess U visa should approved first before they start processing i-765. Any suggestion?
