Confused with my U Visa!!! HEEEELP!

My u visa application was sent march 2015. My attorney called me yesterday that i need to send the waiver application now my question is do i have to wait 3 to for 4 years again to receive any answer from USCIS since my waiver form was not sent together with the U visa in 2015 at the same time or what. Im confused

I don't think you will have to wait more because of waiver.
