  • I-765 action taken

Has anyone got a notice like this for I765 transfer notice? Even though its a transfer of case to other service center. Why are they asking biometrics again? In my initial filling of August 2014 I have already done biometrics. My UVISA application was also transferred to NSC from VSC in August 2016. Please respond legend, Carlos, scorpion to name a few that I know. I am open for other members input on this.

They are processing your u visa application and soon you will be granted U status. After a period of time of receiving deferred action, USCIS will request new fingerprints and a updated background check from FBI.

Thanks all for your response! My attorney emailed me last night and she told that my I765 was originally sent to VSC after getting DA as per their guidelines. My file kept sitting there untouched until after six months of application and finally sent to NSC. He was also contacted by the officer at NSC . I AM ATTACHING A SNAPSHOT. PLEASE READ.
MY QUESTION: ARE THEY GIVING EAD TO ME OR UVISA?

I do not think they are giving you the actual U Visa. USCIS is still working on cases from late March 2014.

I received exact same update this morning.Untitled.jpg

Based on what it says I don't think there gonna be a secondary bio-metric

USCIS initiates the background checks of the applicant/petitioner and identifies issues that may need to be addressed either during an interview or by asking the applicant/petitioner to submit additional information or documentation. USCIS reviews the applicant's/petitioner's criminal history, determines if there are national security concerns that need to be addressed, and reviews the application/petition for fraud indicators. If you have filed an I-485, I-589, I-751, N-400, I-90, I-821, I-131 or I-765, you can expect to receive an appointment notice to appear at an Application Support Center to have your fingerprints and/or photographs taken
