Wait time for Deferred Action Under Uvisa

Hello everyone

After 2.5 years of anxiously waiting our lawyer called My husband UVisa got approved ..because of the cap we will be placed on DA ..
I currently have DACA and uscias has already sent in my New DA card to my lawyers office ..

My husband will have to apply for the work permit , does anyone know how long with wait is for DA ?

I have DACA too and got DA in December 2016. I sent my EAD application on 12/20/16 and I haven't received anything yet.

Congratulations. At present time wait is about 6-7 months. My petition got approved after 6 months. Just got EAD renewed last week.
On the bright side you might have a real good chance of U visa 4 year EAD soon.

I know the case was at vermont i don't know whether it was transferred or not sorry I should know more Info by next week ..

The only thing I think is confusing is why the already sent my New DA card but my husband the main applicant has to apply for the work permit ?

Could it be cause I was already under DACA and he wasn't ?

Couple of people approved here second week of March 2014. So March onwards after 1st Oct 2017
